Our services

We offer a wide range of services for the shipowner, the vessel and its crew.

Agency and clearance

  • Protecting Agency: representation as agents of the Shipowner or Vessel Operator.
  • Port Agency: representation as Full Agents, handling of the statutory boarding inspection, free pratique, outward clearance and vessel dispatch.
  • Permits from the Port Authorities for vessel services and work on board.
  • Access arrangements for port and oil terminals, piers and shipyards in the area.
  • Attendance to Superintendents, Technicians and Inspectors, with English-speaking staff and one-to-one communication.

Vessel services

  • Underwater inspections.
  • Propeller polishing and sea chest grating cleaning.
  • Bilge water and oily waste reception.
  • Handling of fuel and lubricant samples and their dispatch to authorized laboratories.

Crew

  • Venezuelan and foreign crew attendance: medical assistance, hotel accommodation and crew changes.
  • Documents for foreign crew: OKTB, invitation letters and transit without consular visas.
  • Shore Pass service for foreign crew.
  • Crew ashore or transfer by service launch.
  • Direct crew assistance, transit and escort within Venezuela.
  • Escort of foreign crew and personnel who require an Immigration custody.
